Who We Are:

ARC Engineering Solutions was founded in 2013 by Eric and Heather Ruby with the help of Eric’s mom, Laurie Ruby. Heather was a stay at home mom to their 3 kids and was pregnant with their 4^th. Eric was a Senior Controls Engineer. After a surprise lay off, Eric proposed the crazy idea of starting a new company. Of course, Heather and Laurie had absolute faith in Eric’s talent and abilities, so ARC was born shortly before the couple’s 4^th baby.

ARC stands for Automation, Robotics and Controls which is the core of our business. Our team develops custom automation, programs industrial robots and integrates custom controls solutions.
